Just in case you were wondering, Silas L. Griffith was a lumber baron and Vermont's first millionaire. Silas built this Victorian estate in 1891 as a retreat where he could entertain guests and conduct business matters. Today, the buildings and grounds are even better suited to meet these aims.

The Silas Griffith Inn is an ideal setting for your meeting. We have 15 guest rooms & suites, suitable for single or double occupancy. The atmosphere is private, quiet, and serene, with facilities & amenities for work and relaxation.
