All of our guest rooms and suites have private baths, cozy fireplaces, air conditioning, cable TV, direct dial telephone, DSL and dial-up Internet access, and Victorian period furnishings and décor.

Please note that all rooms in the Silas Griffith are on the second or third floor, and that we are a pet-friendly inn with pets of our own. If you have difficulty with stairs, or allergies to animals, this is not the right place for you. We would be happy to recommend other inns in the region if you require assistance.

Rates below are based on double-occupancy and include a full breakfast (pancakes, omelets, etc.) Suite rates are based on four-person occupancy. Additional adult guests are $25/person per night. Children 13 and under stay free in their parent or legal guardian's room. (There is a $25.00 fee per night for a rollaway bed.)

Peak-season rates are in effect from September 10, 2010 to October 18, 2010, Thanksgiving week, and December 20 to January 6. We request a two-night minimum stay on Vermont Summer Festival weekends, leaf-season weekends and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.)

CARRIAGE HOUSE

Second Floor Rooms

Claudia's Room is located on the 2nd floor of the Carriage House. It has a king-sized bed which can be split into twin beds if needed, gas burning fireplace, private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, DSL, and cable TV. Sleeps 2 to 3 people (with rollaway.) Claudia's Room has a private outside entrance with sitting porch. This is the largest room on the property, aside from the two-bedroom suite.

Robert's Room is the smallest room on the property, and the only guest room with inside access to the manor house. It has a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, gas fireplace, private bathroom with rainfall showerhead, air conditioning, telephone, DSL, and cable TV. Robert's Room has a private sitting porch (in the house turret) with incredible views of the Green and Taconic mountains. Sleeps 2.
