All of our guest rooms and suites have private baths, cozy fireplaces, air conditioning, cable TV, direct dial telephone, DSL and dial-up Internet access, and Victorian period furnishings and décor. Rates below are based on double-occupancy and include a full breakfast (pancakes, omelets, etc.) Suite rates are based on four-person occupancy. Additional adult guests are $25/person per night. Children 13 and under stay free. Peak-Season rates are in effect from September 21, 2007 to October 14, 2007, December 21 to January 6, 2008 and major holidays. We request a two-night minimum stay on Peak-Season weekends and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.) Mid-week rates do not apply during the Vermont Summer Festival, leaf season or major holidays. Robert's Room has a private sitting porch (in the house turret) with incredible views of the Green and Taconic mountains. Sleeps 2. |
| A 50% deposit is required at booking. All cancellations incur a $50.00 service charge. We require 14 days notice when cancelling or shortening a stay to receive a deposit refund. If we are able to resell the room from a short-term cancellation, a refund less the aforementioned fee will be made. Walk-outs and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Should circumstances force you to cancel at short notice, your remaining charges will be issued as a Gift Certificate that is 100% applicable to future reservations. This way, you don't lose and neither do we! Gift certificates are transferable and are good for five (5) years from date of purchase. |
